Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; change in Fiscal Year.
By unanimous written consent effective January 14, 2013, the Board of Directors of Corporate Resource Services, Inc. (the “Company”) determined to change its fiscal year end from the Friday closest to September 30th to the Friday closest to December 31st. The change is intended to align the Company’s fiscal periods more closely with the seasonality of its business and improve comparability with industry peers.
Under the applicable rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Company intends to file a transition report on Form 10-QT for the quarter ended December 28, 2012 in February 2013.
