On January 9, 2013, mywesttexas.com published an article regarding STW Resources Holding Corp. (the "Company"), based upon an interview previously done with Stanley Weiner, the CEO of the Company, which may contain non-public information. A copy of the article is filed as Exhibit 99.1.
