6 CONCENTRATION OF CREDIT RISK
Financial instruments that potentially subject the
Company to concentrations of credit risk consist principally of cash deposits. Accounts at each institution are insured by the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to $250,000. At November 30, 2012, the Company had no amounts in excess of FDIC
insured limit. While the Company periodically evaluates the credit quality of the financial institutions in which it holds deposits,
it cannot reasonably alleviate the risk associated with the sudden possible failures of such institutions.
