Registrant announces the filing of a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report on the San Jose de Gracia Project, Northeast Sinaloa, Mexico. In accordance with the securities laws of British Columbia, which the Company is subject to, the Company filed a press release announcing the filing of the Technical Report, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and which information is incorporated herein by reference.
