Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 11, 2013, Bazaarvoice, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the previously disclosed complaint filed by the U.S. Department of Justice on January 10, 2013 against the Company with the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division. A copy of the statement is included as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
