On January 11, 2013, Avaya Inc. (the “Company”) announced that J. Joel Hackney will assume the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager, Avaya Cloud Solutions and cease serving as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, and President, Field Operations. Thomas Mitchell, formerly Senior Vice President and President, Avaya Go to Market, will assume the role of Senior Vice President, Global Sales. These leadership changes are effective January 11, 2013.
