Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 10, 2013, the Company announced its fourth fiscal quarter same-store sales results through January 6, 2013, on a continuing operations basis. It also revised the fourth quarter gross margin guidance it previously provided on November 29, 2012. The Company issued a press release containing these updates, the full text of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
