Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures
Windstream Corporation (the "Company") is hereby updating its 2013 cash tax guidance to reflect the extension of bonus depreciation by the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 and other changes in the Company's cash tax assumptions. During the first quarter 2012 earnings call on May 10, 2012, the Company estimated that its 2013 cash tax obligations would be approximately $250 million. The Company currently expects that its 2013 cash tax obligations will be in the range of $40 million to $50 million.
