On January 3, 2013, MRC Global Inc. announced it will release its fourth quarter and year-end 2012 financial results on Thursday, February 21, 2013 after the market closes. The Company will conduct an investor conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET (9:00 a.m. CT) on Friday, February 22, 2013, to discuss the results for the quarter. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the announcement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
