Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointments of Principal Officers.
(c) On December 31, 2012, EnerJex Resources, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), entered into an amended and restated employment agreement with Robert G. Watson, Jr. as Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a two-year period commencing December 31, 2012. The employment agreement provides for an annual base salary of $225,000 per year. The amended and restated employment agreement between the Company and Mr. Watson, is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
