Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective December 7, 2012, Steven Dallas resigned his positions as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (the “Company”). Mr. Dallas remains a member of the Company’s board of directors. Mr. Dallas’ resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
