On January 2, 2013, Matrix Service Company announced that on December 31, 2012 its subsidiary, Matrix Service Inc., acquired certain assets and employees from Pelichem Industrial Cleaning Services, LLC (“Pelichem”). Pelichem is a privately owned industrial cleaning services provider based in Reserve, Louisiana. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
