(c) On December 31, 2012, Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has promoted Christopher K. Hobson to Senior Vice President of Marketing and William Stein to Senior Vice President of U.S. Distribution (East). Both promotions are effective January 1, 2013. The text of the press release issued by the Company is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
