On December 24, 2012, The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per common share, payable on January 25, 2013, to shareholders of record as of January 11, 2013. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated into this Report by reference.
