Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On December 19, 2012, Jabil Circuit, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the first fiscal quarter ended November 30, 2012. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
