Furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report are Weatherford's restated consolidated Swiss statutory financial statements, which comprise restated balance sheets as of December 31, 2011 and 2010 and restated statements of operations, restated shareholder's equity, and restated cash flows and notes thereto for each of the three years in the period ended December 31, 2011.

The restated consolidated Swiss statutory financial statements are identical to the restated consolidated financial statements being filed contemporaneously in our Annual Report on Form 10-K/A, except that the covering audit report attached to the restated consolidated Swiss statutory financial statements is from our Swiss statutory auditor.
