On December 17, 2012, Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will be ringing The NASDAQ Stock Market Opening Bell on Tuesday, December 18, 2012. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
In addition, on December 17, 2012, the Company sent a letter to its stockholders along with a copy of the press release. A copy of the letter to stockholders is included as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
