ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS. INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR SETTLEMENT OF INVESTMENT DISPUTES (ICSID) GRANTS EL SALVADOR'S REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION TO FILE ITS REJOINDER AND CANCELS THE HEARING SCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY 2013 As reported in the Company's Form 8-K filed on December 6, 2012, on December 4, 2012 El Salvador requested that ICSID extend the filing date of its Rejoinder. The Company responded to El Salvador's December 4, 2012 letter to ICSID on December 11, 2012. On December 13, 2012, ICSID sent a letter to the Company and El Salvador granting El Salvador's request to extend the filing date of its Rejoinder. ICSID also cancelled the February 2013 hearing. A full text of El Salvador's December 4, 2012 letter to ICSID, the Company's December 11, 2012 response, and ICSID's December 13, 2012 response will be posted on the Company's website (www.commercegroupcorp.com).
