Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On December 12, 2012, the Company issued a press release describing certain guidance to be provided at the Company’s investor conference to be held at 2:00 p.m. EST on December 12, 2012 in New York City. The investor conference will be broadcast live in a listen-only format for the media and public on the Company’s investor relations website at www.libertytax.com. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
