Item 8.01. Other Events
On December 12, 2012, Central European Distribution Corporation (“CEDC”) filed an open letter to shareholders and bondholders from the special committee of the board of directors of CEDC in response to Amendment No. 10 to the Schedule 13D filed by Roust Trading Ltd. with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 11, 2012.
A copy of the open letter to shareholders and bondholders, dated December 12, 2012, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
