Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 6, 2012, Kevin Goldrick resigned as a director of American Energy Development Corp., a Nevada corporation (the “Registrant”). Mr. Goldrick’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreement between Mr. Goldrick and the Registrant or the Registrant’s board of directors on any matter relating to the Registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
