Clark Hickock, our chief executive officer, and Patrick Gray, our chief financial officer, will be presenting at the 5th Annual LD Micro Conference being held at the Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles, California on December 6, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Pacific Time. The written presentation materials to be used at the conference are furnished as an exhibit to this report. We issued a press release announcing our participation in this conference, a copy of which is attached as an exhibit to this report.
