On December 4, 2012, Pike Electric Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s board of directors had declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on December 21, 2012, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2012. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1.
