NEWBRIDGE BANCORP CLOSES $56 MILLION PRIVATE PLACEMENT

 

GREENSBORO, N.C., November 30, 2012 – NewBridge Bancorp (NASDAQ: NBBC), parent of NewBridge Bank, today announced that it has completed the previously announced $56 million private offering of preferred securities.
