At the November 2012, Board of Directors meeting, Patrick J. Moty announced the pending retirement of Linda J. Miles, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective February 1, 2013. Ms. Miles has been with the Bank of Commerce Holdings since October 1989. Ms. Miles current responsibilities will be managed among members of the Bank’s Senior Leadership Team.
