Other Events.

On November 28, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of December 12, 2012 and is expected to be paid on or about December 26, 2012.
A copy of the press release dated November 28, 2012, giving details associated with the dividend, is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
