Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 27, 2012, TC PipeLines, LP (the "Partnership") announced that representatives of the Partnership will be making a presentation in New York, New York, on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at the Wells Fargo Securities 11th Annual Pipeline, MLP and Energy Symposium and will present an overview of the Partnership and its business outlook. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the presentation materials and a live webcast of the presentation scheduled to begin at 4:05 p.m. eastern standard time (EST) will be accessible on the Investor Center section of the Partnership's website at www.tcpipelineslp.com. A replay of the webcast will also be available on the Partnership’s website after the presentation.
