Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Access National Corporation announced on November 20, 2012 that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.70 per share to shareholders of record as of December 3, 2012, for payment on December 17, 2012. A copy of the press release summarizing the announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
