On November 10, 2012, Gerry W. Grace and Jeffrey W. Aldrich resigned as directors of Central Federal Corporation and CFBank. On November 13, 2012, Jerry F. Whitmer resigned as a director of Central Federal Corporation and CFBank. On November 14, 2012, William R. Downing resigned as a director of Central Federal Corporation and CFBank.
