ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS.
Effective with the opening of markets on November 19, 2012, shares of CDEX Inc.’s (the “Company”) trading symbol will be changed by FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) from “CEXI” to “CDEX”. The new symbol is to make it easier to identify the Company’s stock on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board listings.
