On November 16, 2012, JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") in which the Company announced its plan for this year's Black Friday Doorbusters event starting on November 22, 2012. A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
