On November 9, 2012, Dominick Ragone was appointed Chief Accounting Officer of Lazard Ltd and Lazard Group LLC. Mr. Ragone replaced Richard J. Hittner, who ceased to be the Chief Accounting Officer of Lazard Ltd and Lazard Group LLC on November 9, 2012.
