Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of a press release of Vringo, Inc. (the “Company”), dated November 14, 2012, announcing certain financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 and subsequent events.
The Company will conduct a conference call to review its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012 and subsequent events on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
