Item 8.01 – Other Events.
The Company’s Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.14 per share, payable December 17, 2012 to shareholders of record as of December 3, 2012. This represents a 12% increase from the most recent dividend paid to shareholders on September 28, 2012.
