Item 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On November 5, 2012, Internet Patents Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2012. The press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
