          On November 5, 2012, AmREIT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial and operating results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012 and made available supplemental information concerning the ownership, operations and portfolio of the Company for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012.           As set forth in the press release, the Company will hold a third quarter earnings conference call on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).
