Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing
|
On October 26, 2012, India Globalization Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from the NYSE MKT LLC (the “Exchange”) stating that the Staff has determined that the Company’s securities have been selling for a low price per share for a substantial period of time and, pursuant to Section 1003(f)(v) of the Company guide, the Company’s continued listing is predicated on it effecting a reverse stock split of its Common Stock no later than April 26, 2013.
As a consequence of the Company falling below listing standards, the Company, will be included in a list of issuers that are not in compliance with the Exchange’s continued listing standards and will be subject to the indicator .BC to denote its noncompliance. The indicator will remain in effect until such time as the Company has regained compliance with all applicable continued listing standards.
