Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective October 29, 2012, J. Michael Kirksey has submitted his resignation as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Endeavour International Corporation (the "Company") in order to spend more time in other areas of interest. Mr. Kirksey’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
The Company has engaged SpencerStuart to begin immediately the search process for a new Chief Financial Officer.
