Section 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers’ Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 19, 2012, POZEN Inc., a Delaware corporation (“POZEN” or “the Company”), and Dr. Tomás Bocanegra, Executive Vice President, Development of the Company, agreed that Dr. Bocanegra’s retirement from the Company will be effective on October 31, 2012. The terms of Dr. Bocanegra’s retirement arrangements are being discussed and negotiated by the parties. POZEN anticipates an orderly transition of Dr. Bocanegra’s responsibilities to other key employees.
