Explanatory Note
Liberty Media Corporation hereby files this Current report on Form 8-K/A to amend the original Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 25, 2012 for the sole purpose of updating the time the Investor Meeting presentation is to begin from 12:20 p.m. ET to 12:15 p.m. ET as included in the corrected press release included as Exhibit 99.1.

On September 21, 2012, Liberty Media Corporation (the "Company") announced it will webcast its annual Investor Meeting on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 with presentations beginning at 12:15 p.m. ET. During these presentations, observations may be made regarding the Company's financial performance and outlook.
