On October 3, 2012, Sensata Technologies Holding N.V. ("Sensata" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing the temporary suspension of manufacturing operations of its Korean subsidiary located in JinCheon, South Korea due to fire damage. The press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
