(b) On September 27, 2012 Gregory Owens, Jr. resigned his position as our Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Owens was our Chief Operating Officer since July 9, 2012. Mr. Owens’ resignation did not arise from any disagreement with us or any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
