On September 27, 2012, the Company issued a press release announcing the completion of the acquisition of the Loring pipeline, which are pipeline assets in Maine.
On September 28, 2012, Thomas J. Smith, a Director and the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and Kevin J. Degenstein, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, will present to institutional investors and analysts at the 2012 Western New York Investor Conference in Buffalo, New York. A live webcast of the presentation, along with presentation materials, will be available on the Company’s website at www.egas.net, and are also set forth in Exhibit 99.1.
