Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 21, 2012, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it had entered into a procurement agreement with a Ukrainian medical device manufacturer, by which the Registrant’s air compressors, customized trolleys and accessories may be sold in Ukraine and Europe through the manufacturer’s sales network.
A copy of the press release announcing the agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
