Item 8.01. Other Events.
The Company issued a press release on September 25, 2012 reporting that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) accepted the Company’s supplemental declaration filed in response to an earlier rejection by the USPTO of one of the claims in the Company’s patent US 5,742,737. A copy of our press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
