Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 24, 2012, the Company announced it will release its third quarter earnings results before the market opens on November 2, 2012. The Company will conduct a conference call at 8:15 a.m. Eastern Time on November 2, 2012, to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
