Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
ECOtality, Inc. (the “Company”) and Kevin P. Morrow mutually agreed to his resignation as Executive Vice President of ECOtality North America, a subsidiary of the Company. Mr. Morrow’s departure from the Company was effective September 21, 2012.
