On September 17, 2012, Mr. John Mercer resigned from his position as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Warwick Valley Telephone Company (the “Company”). The Company has decided to eliminate the position of Vice President and Chief Technology Officer and plans to reassign the duties and responsibilities of the position amongst the Company’s management team. Mr. Mardoqueo Marquez, the Company’s current Executive Vice President, Chief Network Officer, will assume the bulk of the duties and responsibilities associated with Mr. Mercer’s former position.
