Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 21, 2012, the Employment Agreement dated December 15, 2009 between the Company and Cary L. Cheldin, the Chairman of the Board and President of the Company, was amended by changing the end of the term of that agreement from December 31, 2014 to December 31, 2017. All other terms and conditions of the Employment Agreement remained unchanged
