Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 20, 2012, Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it is proceeding with a Phase I/II clinical trial of DCVax®-Direct which was approved by the FDA for all solid tumor cancers. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
